L'atterraggio sulla luna è la cosa più potente e spaventosa che ho mai visto.
Tutti si sono concentrati sull’evento tecnologico e in un certo senso, siamo tutti stati fregati.
In tutti questi anni, da quando ci fu lo sbarco sulla luna, alle persone è dato sapere che era poesia ciò che accadeva lassù.
Qualcuno vi si avvicinò, ci camminò intorno, e tornò indietro.

Francesca Grilli, artista italiana ad Amsterdam, lavora principalmente con fotografia, video e performance. Gran parte della sua pratica artistica prende spunto dal vissuto, dalla memoria della sua famiglia e da una rielaborazione di uno spazio e di un tempo alternativo a quello del quotidiano.
Prima di frequentare la Rijksakademie van beeldende kunsten ad Amsterdam, ha preso parte al Corso Superiore di Arti Visive presso la Fondazione Ratti, Como.
Attualmente è stata invitata dalla residenza Red A.i.R., Amsterdam ed è parte di Fies Factory One, Centrale di Fies, Trento.

The landing on the moon is the most powerful and scary thing I have seen.
Everybody focused on the technology of the event and in a sense, we have all been fooled.
In all these years since the moon landing, people have just not know that it was poetry they were doing up there.
Somebody went up there and walked around, and came back.

"To guarantee top security during the performance it's heartily recommended:
- do not speak
- do not bring food and/or beverage in theatre"

Francesca Grilli is an italian artist living in Amsterdam, she works mainly with photograph, video and performance media.
Great part of her artistic practice takes cue from the lived memories of her family and from a relaboration of a space and an alternative conception of time.
She was in the Rijksakademie van beeldende kunsten in Amsterdam, 2007-2008, and she attended Advanced Course of VisualArt, Fondazione Ratti, Como.
She is part of Red A.i.r. Residency in Amsterdam and a member of Fies Factory One project, Centrale di Fies, Trento.
